Jesse Heyland
MD, FRCPC
Dr. Heyland is a dedicated rheumatologist with a strong academic and clinical foundation, having earned his Bachelor’s degree with honors in Neuroscience (Magna Cum Laude) before pursuing his medical degree at the University of Calgary. Following his graduation, he completed internal medicine training in Edmonton and specialized in rheumatology at the University of Calgary, where he further honed his expertise in diagnosing and managing complex autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions.
Since entering practice in 2018, he has maintained a busy, full-time clinical practice, where he is deeply committed to providing high-quality care to his patients. In addition to his clinical work, he is passionate about resident education and training, contributing to the academic development of future physicians.
